Mattanja de Boer

Mattanja de Boer heads up the Organisational Support Unit in Eurofound, overseeing programme and project management, document management, organisational performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting. She also coordinates the Agency's internal control and risk management activities. Mattanja initially joined Eurofound's Information and Communication unit to develop its publishing activities, drawing on her extensive management experience at Wolters Kluwer publishing house. She holds an MSc in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University and an MBA (Hons) from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM).
