Implications of algorithmic management for work, employment and social dialogue: Literature review

This literature review focuses on the current developments and new realities confronting workers and employers in the context of algorithmic management practices, which are spreading and intensifying across workplaces. In the context of this review, a broad understanding of AM is adopted, encompassing not only self-learning AI-based systems but also simpler rule-based applications, which nonetheless have significant implications for working conditions and labour relations.
