Matching AIM-WORK and EWCS datasets to assess the relation between use of technology at work and working conditions

This report documents the statistical matching of two EU-wide surveys: the AIM-WORK survey and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). The goal is to transfer indicators of algorithmic management, digital monitoring and AI use from AIM-WORK to EWCS, where they can serve as predictors of working conditions, work organisation and job quality outcomes.
