Ettore Bucci
Ettore Bucci is project manager for the Social Dialogue Network in Eurofound’s Working Life unit, assigned to the Brussels Liaison Office. He monitors and reports on EU policy developments related to cross-sectoral and sectoral social partners, as well as EU-funded projects supporting European social dialogue. He contributes to assessing the implementation of social partner outcomes and enhancing the policy relevance of reports prepared under the Service Level Agreement with the European Commission (DG EMPL). He also manages stakeholder engagement and coordinates responses to ad hoc requests from the Commission to the Network. Prior to joining Eurofound in 2026, he worked with DG EMPL, youth-led NGOs/CSOs, social partner organisations and universities. His academic background focuses on modern history, particularly political thought and social history. Ettore holds a Master’s degree in History from Pisa University and a Postgraduate Master’s degree in Parliamentary Institutions from La Sapienza – University of Rome. He is also currently studying law.
