Sara Grubanov-Boskovic
Sara Grubanov‑Boskovic is a research officer in the Working Life unit at Eurofound, contributing to projects on sustainable work, telework and migrant workers. Prior to joining Eurofound, she worked as a policy officer at the OECD Istanbul Centre within the Global Relations Directorate and as a scientific project officer at the European Commission’s Knowledge Centre on Migration and Demography. As a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Torino, her research focused on skills mismatches, while as a visiting research scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem she worked on demographic transition and population ageing. Sara holds a PhD in Population and Economic Development from the University of Bari.
